What is My Wally?

My Wally is a division of the very successful Just Water International Ltd, a New Zealand public company, listed on the NZ stock exchange.

The My Wally bottle is specially designed to keep its contents chilled (or hot) for up to 12 hours and best of all each refill means one less plastic bottle.

What is the cost of the My Wally bottle?

1-10    $19.99 + $5 for your personalised name on bottle (optional)
11-50  $14.99 + $5 for your personalised name on bottle (optional)
51+      $14.99 + $5 for your personalised name on bottle (optional)

What is the My Wally bottle made of?

The My Wally bottle is made of thermo-lined® stainless steel, meaning it’s contents will remain chilled (or hot) for up to 12 hours.

Do you have smaller or bigger size bottles?

Our research showed that My Wally 750ml bottle is perfect for most car cup holders, and the best size for most hands. So currently, just the one size fits all.

What if I do not receive the correct order?

We’ll be sorry to hear should you have received an incorrect item. Please take the item and proof of purchase into any Just Water office to receive a replacement. If it is not convenient for you to visit a Just Water office please contact our Customer Services team on enquiry@mywally.co.nz or 0800 801 802 and we will be more than happy to arrange free return delivery and an exchange for you.

Can I collect My Wally from your office?

Yes, we have Just Water offices in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington and you are welcome to purchase from these locations, however, printing of your name on the My Wally bottle can only happen in Auckland.

Is a My Wally bottle better than a plastic bottle?

My Wally is designed as an alternative to single-use plastic bottles, to reduce plastic waste which is destroying our environment and wildlife.

Also, plastic bottles can leach chemicals, which may cause long term health problems.

Where do I get my water from to fill the My Wally bottle?

Most organisations have a Just Water cooler, otherwise get a home cooler from Just Water.
There is nothing wrong with tap water chlorine makes it safe, but would you drink water on a regular basis from your swimming pool.

How can I pay for my purchase?

If you are an existing business customer of Just Water please feel free to call us on 0800 801 802 to arrange for your order to be charged to your account.

For all other orders we use the Payment Express Payment Gateway for online credit card transactions.  We accept debit cards and all major credit cards; VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Who is My Wally?

My Wally is a division of Just Life Ltd, the Company that introduced water coolers to New Zealand. We are passionate about reducing single-use plastic bottles and cups, and My Wally is one of our initiatives to save the planet.

How much is the shipping cost?

Within New Zealand – $5 per shipment

We do not currently deliver outside of NZ.

Please note that our courier is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

What if My Wally bottle is damaged or faulty?

My Wally offers a 1 year warranty period on defects and the warranty means full replacement of the My Wally bottle.  Note the warranty does not include the personalised name or packaging.

To receive a replacement, the defective bottle needs to be returned, along with a receipt or proof of purchase, to a Just Water office.  Returns can be made to any of the physical addresses on our contact page in person or by post (note returns cannot be posted to our Private Bag address). If Just Water is unable to offer an identical replacement you will be offered a similar item or refund.
